THE TEAM
Shannon M. Chambers is the Executive Director of Compliance for the Northern Nevada Operating Engineers Contract Compliance Trust Fund, Inc. (NNOECC). Ms. Chambers served as the Nevada Labor Commissioner for the State of Nevada and was responsible for enforcing public works projects and prevailing wage laws, minimum wage, and other labor related laws and regulations. Ms. Chambers is a graduate of the University of Nevada Reno and Pepperdine Law School.
Mitchell Van Ronk is the Compliance Agent for the Northern Nevada Operating Engineers Contract Compliance Trust Fund, Inc. (NNOECC). Mr. Van Ronk has construction and field experience working as an operating engineer on construction projects and previously served as the dispatcher for Operating Engineers Local 3 Northern Nevada District 11.
